Okay.
It's not finished, but I'm uploading it to show I'm not dead, and that I'm still working on Stella. Well. Right now I'm pretty much blocked. Dx For some reasons, cell shading is a real PAIN to me. Everyone seems to get it right without effort, but I don't know. It just doesn't seems to work for me. :/ I did the face, but the rest is always .. BLAH. Ew. So yea. I got tired of trying and put this on hold. I really want to finish it soon, tho .. In this version I added in Photoshop everything I had forgotten on the lineart, which is : the earrings, the 2 smaller jewels on her headband, the wristbands and the ribbon around her waist. I also decided to draw her feet. Mainly because I thought her sandals were pretty sweet looking. ;3 ( LOLGIRLREASONING. ) Enjoy, for now. And pray for my cell shading skills to get better, if I want to complete it before the Apocalypse .. -sigh- Will be scraped when the final version will be done. ------------------ Character(c)Daft Punk + Matsumoto Art (c) Moi |

Actually, where you first started to cell shade, it looks really good. If you want, though, you can look up some tutorials here on DA... those help out.

Those parts where the only one looking okay, tho. :/ I would shade, look at it, cry in despair, then erase it all angrily and start over. 12836823642 times. Now I'm pissed.
I did studied tutorials. Understood the concept of "shade the areas light can't reach" , "always keep the light source in mind" blahblah .. I know all this. But I just can't seem to be able to DO it. Darn. -_- I'll try again, for sure. And again, and again. Until I get it.
